The R-200 delivers industrial printer capacity and durability in a cost-effective package. Large ribbons are often required for the volume printing tasks in an industrial environment. The R-200 loads standard 360-meter ribbons that are suitable for industrial uses. This printer comes in two models that are different only in the types of ribbons used. The R-200 accepts ribbons with inside coating, while the R-200K accepts ribbons with outside coating. Direct thermal and thermal transfer printing methods provide resolution of 203dpi. The 16-bit RISC CPU and 512KB of memory allow print speeds of up to 4ips. The R-200 model printer offers industrial performance for an entry-level cost.
